This section prints two different share counts. The weighted-average diluted count is the one in the table, the chart and the “Share count change” figure: it is the denominator of earnings per share and it moves with options, convertible securities, losses and timing as well as with shares issued or bought back. Period-end shares outstanding is the count on the last day of each financial year, and it is what the “buyback dollars per share actually removed” figure divides by. The two can move opposite ways in the same year. Neither of them can tell you whether your slice of the company grew or shrank, because these figures are stored as the company most recently filed them and a split is restated only into the earlier years a later filing presents: a three-for-two split raises a share count by half without changing a single holder's percentage, the series keeps that step wherever the restatement stopped, and nothing here separates it from shares genuinely issued. Nothing on this axis is therefore coloured green or red, and no ownership claim is made in either direction.
Coverage of this window: buybacks: never reported in this window
The baseline stays fixed, so a taller column means more shares on this basis than in the base year. It does not follow that each holder's slice got smaller: these counts are filed as reported, and a company that splits its stock restates only the earlier years its later filings present, so a taller column can be a split that changed nobody's ownership. The split is the share count's own rises and falls; SEC annual figures do not say which shares came from employee grants rather than an equity raise or an acquisition, so this chart does not claim to.

0 reporting institutions disclosed PERI position changes in the Q2 2026 snapshot.
For each manager, WhoBought compares accepted consecutive 13F share counts. Share change is current shares minus prior shares. Estimated dollar change is that signed share change multiplied by the split-adjusted quarter-mean close. The activity table on this page uses Q2 2026.
An investor crossing 5% of a share class generally files Schedule 13D for activist intent or Schedule 13G for a passive position. The technical form names appear here rather than in the activity rows.
Ownership and institutional activity come from SEC Form 13F filings. Insider activity comes from SEC Form 4, and large-shareholder activity from SEC Schedules 13D and 13G. FMP supplies price data only. Company logos use the local verified Parqet cache with one shared fallback.
Form 13F is a quarterly disclosure and is normally filed after the quarter ends. Every ownership and activity value therefore names its represented period; it is not presented as a live position.
A muted dash marks a missing table value. It means the filing omitted the value, comparable data is unavailable, or no prior position exists for comparison.
